Walking in a ....



It's hard to come back to central Virginia's greenish brown when you've delighted in the crisp whiteness of a Winter Wonderland.


(Took RJ2 a little while to master that alliterative lyric!)



Even harder to come back to posting! In fact, we're aiming for once a week for awhile....

Don't like resolutions, but do want to capitalize on my renewed energy to Clean up (and out)! Straighten up! Finish up! And otherwise maintain.... All that would be something new!

Here's to making something of today in 2009!

What beautiful pictures! SNOW! I am hoping we get some of that this year in VA. Did you remember to bring it with you? LOL!

I am totally with you on cutting back on blogging. Looks like I need to do that in 2009 as well.

Such pretty snow. I enjoyed seeing it in your pictures. Don't care if I see it here this year at all, though! I lived far too long in places where it was the norm for months on end. Think I got my fill for a lifetime.

L ong before we bloggers celebrated our first 100 posts, the psalmists provided us with theirs. In recognition of my 100th, let's celebrate by looking at the Bible's "Post #100" (a.k.a., Psalm 100, A Psalm for Thanksgiving or Thank Offering): Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Surprisingly, there is no direct Hebrew translation for the English word 'joyful' as used in this verse in the King James Version. That leaves things a bit open to interpretation.
