Chatty Kelly, my dear friend....What beautiful words! You could have gone on and on--She doesn't shop; I shop for her! She likes red wine; I like white. She drives cross-country; I won't leave the state in my car (without another driver).... Thank God for Himself and coffee, because, you're right, nothing much else matches up.
But, Jesus didn't exactly pick people just like Himself either. I'm God; he's a tax collector. I'm Lord, he's a physician, etc., etc. Yet, it was the plan all along, and it surely is with us, too.
