And I've got my rally "cap" on!!

Rat Pack Standards tonight on American Idol--Frank, Dean, Sammy....(Adam Lambert sings Joey Bishop?!)

Go, Matt! (Go Danny.... Go Kris.... my top three in no particular order)

And "props" to Chatty Kelly Dawg for the really cool (and browniful!) hat....

Not an official "AI" post, but there's sure to be one in the wings.

Thank you for your kind words on my blog today! We have a local food pantry (I could walk there) that I should check out regarding the pears. Thanks for that great idea!

Now I feel badly, because I am not a Matt fan! I was mad that they saved him. Sorry! I think either Matt or Allison will go home this week. I really like Allison and think she is extremely talented for her age, but I don't think the fans like her as much. I think this week is going to be hard for her. We'll see!

Ooops! One more thing...I love your hat! It looks good on you. I'm not a hat girl. I didn't even wear a veil when we got married. I was so happy last week that I got to miss Hat Day at my school because I had to sit at the court house all day to see if I'd be picked for jury duty. That's pretty sad isn't it?!

Wow -- Simon liked him! I have to say that any time I hear My Funny Valentine it reminds me of a particular TV show that was on in the '80's until the early '90's. One of the characters sang it over and over in one episode. Do you know what TV show I'm talking about? Just a little trivia question for you! I had my husband stumped for a few minutes!

AI was good tonight. They all did a great job. Based on past weeks, I think bottom 2 will be Matt & Allison. I don't know WHO will go??

Okay, the show was Cheers and it was Lillith that kept singing it. That's all I can think of when I hear that song!

So Simon might be playing games? I hadn't heard that about last year. I personally thought that Kris didn't do very well tonight.

Merry Christmas, blog friends! I know you're wondering, "Did she finish painting her family room (finally....)??" (Nope!) * * * D oesn't this look like how our days are sometimes? In recognition of my 100th, let's celebrate by looking at the Bible's "Post #100" (a.k.a., Psalm 100, A Psalm for Thanksgiving or Thank Offering): Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Surprisingly, there is no direct Hebrew translation for the English word 'joyful' as used in this verse in the King James Version. That leaves things a bit open to interpretation.
